  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping offers may apply to orders meeting specific criteria during promotional periods.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing a tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

4. Delivery Address & Changes

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are complete and correct at checkout.

  • If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at care@minically.co. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

5. Undelivered / Returned Packages

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or repeated failed delivery attempts by the logistics partner, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the order.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package with photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution promptly.
